Refund policy

Our greatest hope is that you absolutely adore your new art piece! We pour our hearts into creating and carefully packing each order. However, we know that sometimes, things don't go as planned. Here's how we can help if you need to reach out.

Once my order has shipped, can I return it?
Once your order has been lovingly packed and shipped, all sales are final. If you change your mind before receiving a shipping confirmation email, please contact us right away. We'll do our best to catch the order and issue a full refund in form of Store credits.

My order arrived with damaged products. Can I get a refund?
We take great care to ensure your art arrives safely. But in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please don't worry—we're here to help.

  • We only accept returns for items that were damaged upon arrival. If your package arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. To help us out, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
  • Once we receive, we inspect your return. If approved, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Please note, if you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
  • Please keep in mind:
    • Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
    • We do not accept returns for orders using gift cards, and sale items including bundles or sets.

What if my order is returned to you?
Occasionally, packages are returned to our studio for reasons beyond our control. This can happen if the address was insufficient or incorrect, or if the package wasn't picked up in time.

If your order is returned to us, we will refund you in the form of store credit, minus the original shipping fee and a small $5 processing fee. This helps cover the costs of the return shipping and restock process. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
