Processing & Packing Time
Once you place your order, we'll lovingly pack your art within 5 business days. We take our time to ensure everything is perfect before your new treasure begins its journey to you. We'll send you an email as soon as it's on its way!

Shipping & Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can follow your package's journey every step of the way. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for your protection. If you anticipate being away from your address for an extended period, such as on a holiday, please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth delivery.

Customs & Duties
For our international friends, please be aware that customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are set by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
